Nowadays, information is an increasing needs for society. According to this needs, it require an information media. One of the media is an easy and quickly accessible website. Website classified in two model namely static and dynamic. Static website only proceed in one way that is merely displaying an information without interaction. On the other hand dynamic website provide interaction with end user. Making a dynamic website require database supporting. Softaware that can be used are Microsoft Access, SQL Server or MySQL depend on database requirement. In order to consistently proceed no matter how many people accessible in the same time need huge database. One of the efforts by the government, in this case Ministry of Cooperative and SMEs to introduce the world of internet marketing to the SMEs is to facilitate the trading board in www.indonesian-products.biz. This effort is to identify SME to conduct transactions online. There are still many other aspects in the internet marketing world to be known by SMEs. This paper will discuss low cost techniques and tools which can be exploited in the marketing of SME products and services. One is utilizing tools from Google. Other techniques are also needed to be able to dominate the Internet market. This paper will be accompanied by a company that has successfully sold Air Conditioner components over the Internet by utilizing marketing techniques and tools of internet. The Economic Crisis that still continues, causing many companies should lay off their employees. In order to survive they become drinks agents with the capital that they get from their severance pay. For the baverage producers it will become an apportunities to gain a huge advantage. But if there is a long distance between the subscribers it will become a big issue that should be solved it can makes the operational cost getting bigger. This writing explains the process to get the shortest path between the subscribers. Besides it will minimize delivery time, it also minimizes the operational cost. To design an application, I read pascal books as reference and I use pascal programming language Turbo Pascal 7.1 to make a simple application. The problems that often arise in this world of uncertainty, fuzzy logic is a method for analyzing systems that contain uncertainty. In this study mamdani or requently used method is also known by the method of Min - Max. The design of the system to get the output is done in stages - stage (a) formation of fuzzy set, (b) Application implication function, (c) establish the rules - the rules, (d) the assertion (defuzzyfication). In this study defuzzyfication performed using centroid method. In this method the value defuzzyfikasi move subtly, so that changes to the fuzzy set will also move with the smooth. From the research that has been done, by entering the input variable number of requests and the amount of inventory for the predictable amount of production that must be done. Currently, Web Service technology became very popular in the enterprise, one of the main reasons is because the technology is able to integrate different applications in a more simple platform and able to rectify the shortcomings of conventional middleware. The use of Web services more and more service done to the process of exchanging data or information through the Internet. In this technology, Web services using XML technology to exchange data. A number of methods currently used to provide Web services is SOAP, XML-RPC, and REST. XML-RPC technology itself is widely used because it has a simpler architecture than other techniques. A number of programming languages can be used to implement XML-RPC, which one of them is the PHP language. With PHP, we can create a Web Service that is used to manipulate data or perform an information stored in a database management system (Database Management System). Kecamatan adalah daerah bagian kabupaten (kota) yg membawahkan beberapa kelurahan, kecamatan harus diberikan peran yang berarti dalam pengembangan potensi otonomi. Konsentrasi potensi masyarakat harus dikumpulkan dalam suatu ruang yang relatif heterogen, agar dinamika menuju perubahan menuju kesejahteraan. Isi ruang dinamika kecamatan adalah tertransformasi isi permukaan bumi kedalam sejumlah tapis informasi spasial. Resolusi spasial yang dimiliki ALOS AVNIR-2 (Advanced Visible And Neared Infrared) 10 m memiliki spesifikasi teknis untuk pemantauan dinamika informasi spasial yaitu penutup liputan lahan . Dalam skala 1:50.000 dapat dihasilkan kelas liputan lahan hutan, sawah, semak belukar, kebun campur, savan, permukiman, mangrove, lahan terbuka, tambak, tubuh air, ladang/tegalan, dan perkebunan. Keduabelas liputan lahan ini sudah dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pusat pengembangan pusat pertumbuhan sebagai esensi jenis bidang yang perlu ditumbuhkan di kecamatan. This research introduces branching processes as a stochastic process for estimating the number of the population of individuals at any generation “n”. One of the most interesting applications of branching processes is calculating the probability of eventual extinction. In probability theory, a branching process is a Markov chain that models a population in which each individual in generation “n” produces some random number of individuals in generation n + 1, according to a fixed probability distribution that does not vary from individual to individual. Branching processes are used to model reproduction. A central question in the theory of branching processes is the probability of ultimate extinction, where no individuals exist after some finite number of generations.
